Order placed on may 29th--still not received! #964945

Greetings. On June 10th 2008 you sent me a confirmation mail regarding my order numbered#964945.

I would like to enquire about the delay that is happening right now. It has been well over the estimated 7-11 days of shipping time stated in the confirmation mail. We might consider this a whole month!

I would like to know where my package is, and if there is a tracking number I can use with Postes Canada (Cana Postal Services) to inquire directly about the parcel and its whereabouts.

I will set your to get a replacement order. We will have to bring in another Armytransport Division from our distributor, so the replacement order will take another 5 to 11 business days to ship from our warehouse. If your order should show up in this time (between now and when you get shipping confirmation for the replacement), let me know so I can cancel the replacements.

Yeah, that would most likely be why your order didn't reach you.

I have made the change to your replacement order, and sent you a new confirmation email. Given this new information, however, it is most likely that the order will be returned to us due to the incomplete address. However, you may be well-served to check with your local post office and/or your building management to see if they've received the order or could watch out for it. There is a possibility that someone saw your order and decided to hold it to see if someone would come and claim it. Most likely, though, at this point the order is probably on it's way back to us.
