1. Combat Style Feat (Ex): At 2nd level, a ranger must select
one of two combat styles to pursue: archery or two-weapon
combat. This choice affects the character’s class features
but does not restrict his selection of feats gained through
normal advancement. He can choose these feats, even if he
does not have the normal prerequisites.
The question is: Does this text mean that even if you choose two-weapon combat you can still take archery feats with normal feats (lvl 3, 5 ,7 ,9, ...) even if you do not possess the prerequisites for them?
2. At 4th level, a ranger forms a bond
with those he hunts with. This bond can take one of two
forms. The first is a bond to his companions. This bond
allows him to spend a move action to grant half his favored
enemy bonus against a single target to all allies within 30
feet who can see or hear him. This bonus does not stack
with any favored enemy bonuses possessed by his allies;
they use whichever bonus is higher.
I did not find any time limits for this ability. Does this mean that it lasts until the target is killed? It also could mean it lasts even if the target escapes and meets the heroes later.
Also I did not find any limits to the number of opponents the ranger could give bonus against in an encounter.
Also nothing is said what happens if the allies within 30 feet leave that area or if the ranger dies or goes unconscious?!
I think this ability needs some clearance.

To answer your first question, no if the ranger takes the two weapon combat style he cannot take the archery feats without the prerequisites. That seems pretty clear to me since it says if he selects one style he gets A,B,and C but if he selects the other then he gets 1,2, and 3.
The other question is less clear but I will try and answer it. Remember that I don't work for Paizo, so my answers are not official. This is how I would adjudicate it in my campaign.
The bonus only lasts until the end of the encounter or the creature is killed which ever comes first. Only allies who are within 30 ft of the ranger may recieve the bonus. If you move outside that radius you lose it. If you move back into the radius you get it back. However, any number of people can be the recipients of the bonus, as long as they are allies.
Because it is required that you see and hear the character I envision that the ranger is giving some form of spoken or visual guidance on how best to hit and hurt the creature in question. This means that if the ranger is knocked out cold or is in some other way kept from giving instructions then the bonus is lost. I hope this helps.
