Someone has probably already noticed this, but is the change to the feat Diligent that it now provides a +2 bonus to Appraise and Linguist? It used to give a +2 to Appraise and Decipher Script and is not listed amongst the altered feats.
I think they just removed the Diligent feat; +2 to Appraise has been rolled into Alertness instead. So there is no longer +2/+2 feat that adds to Decipher Script/Linguistics.
