For the first time in 24 years, Spain Soccer Team was able to reach semifinals of Euro Cup! After 120 minutes of epic fight, spanish warriors beated Italy at penalties! (4-2). Long live Cesc, Torres, Villa, Silva and the rest of mighty Spanish team!
Sorry for you italians. You were a tough rival.
Now Russians are awaiting...

I did not find the match partcularly exciting. It lived from the suspense of the looming penalty shootout, but otherwise it was not a match of high class... same with Holland - Russia btw. I nearly fel asleep during overtime.
On the other hand: Spain did certainly deserve to reach the semis after playing so fabulous in the group games.

Hmm... several players from the Turkish team barred from play due to two yellow cards, plus the reserve keeper still needs to play in place of the regular one (as he is still sitting out his red card) and made some horrible mistakes in the regular game... that could be a distinct possibility... (Germany reaching the Euro finals that is)
Well done Spain, you were the better team and deserved it!

It was a perfect day at La Carihuela beach (Malaga, Spain)...sun, warm water, a fresh sangria (spanish beverage made of red wine, fresh fruits and a sort of sweet sparkling water), swedish beauties in top-less around...and of course, last Pathfinder supplement to read...what could be better than that?

Congratulations for the spanish team! They were clearly the better team, and won the title well-deserved.
The german team was just - bad, as if they were asleep already. Perhaps the spanish players were better suited to the late hour of the game - games in Germany start much earlier normally... ;-)
