Dwarves lost their Crafting bonuses for Stone / Metal ?

While working to integrate the Pathfinder System in my Automated Character Sheet, I noticed that the Pathfinder Dwarves "lost" their bonuse they used to get for crafting Stone/Metal objects!!

Is this really intentionnal?

I too saw this while comparing the differences between Pathfinder and PHB. It seems like gnomes would be the handy craftsmen of this setting. I would prefer the dwarves to keep their craft bonus.
