Order 947465: Incorrect delivery address!

The delivery address for order #947465 is incorrect. I have tried contacting customer services by email (twice) and by phone (also twice) with no luck.

The correct delivery address has been provided in both emails I have sent to [e-mail].

Please confirm that you have corrected the problem as soon as possible. The delivery is due to leave the warehouse tomorrow!

I apologize for the delayed response. Since the books are already shipped, I will get replacements sent out as soon as possible.
