The delivery address for order #947465 is incorrect. I have tried contacting customer services by email (twice) and by phone (also twice) with no luck.

The correct delivery address has been provided in both emails I have sent to customer.service@paizo.com.

Please confirm that you have corrected the problem as soon as possible. The delivery is due to leave the warehouse tomorrow!

Yesterday I ordered a subscription to both Pathfinder and the GameMastery Modules. In the shopping cart I selected to have them delivered together to save on delivery costs. I also selected to start my subscription with Module W1 and Pathfinder #1. When I completed the order the total amount included two delivery charges. One for GM Modules and the other for Pathfinder. I've sent an email to customer.service@paizo.com about this yesterday but still no reply.

This morning I received a confirmation email that my first delivery will contain only Module D2: Seven Swords and that my credit card has been billed $12.99 and $6.86 for the Shipping & Handling. This is not what I had selected in my order!

I noticed in the email a link to the "MyAccount" section of the site. I followed the link to find that my subscription option had been set to "Never hold either". Again, this is not what I had selected in my order. It appears that you should have your site developer review that functionality as there appears to be several bugs.

At any rate, I would like to have this corrected as soon as possible. I'm expecting Pathfinder 1 and module W1 in my first delivery.
