Playtested Pathfinder with my group. Here are some of the issues that have been raised.
Combat Expertise (feat)
Issue: Used to be tradable up to +5/-5 for anybody that could spare INT 13. Is now reduced to INT bonus. As much as a +5 AC may be too big of a bonus, especially for good BAB classes that can easily spare the -5 to attack, reducing it to INT bonus seem too severe of a restriction.
Proposed fix: Make Combat Expertise a flat -2/+2 exchange. This would fit well with the Fighting Defensively mechanics which already exist (where the exchange is -4 attack / +2 AC). The Combat Expertise feat simply halves the penalties (keep INT 13 as prerequisite). An Improved Combat Expertise feat could allow a trade off up to INT bonus?
Similarly, the same mechanics could be applied to Power Attack, as some threads suggest it is too powerful.
This would require the addition of a new rule: Fighting Aggressively (for a -4 attack / +2 damage ratio, double dmg if 2-handed). The Power Attack feat would halves the penalties for a flat -2/+2 exchange (still double dmg bonus with 2-handed weapons). Again, an Improved Power Attack could allow trade off to go up to BAB.
Reasoning: This would make its use more DM friendly and easier to address to players not familiar with 3.x.
This was raised after a test game that lasted 3 sessions in a game that included a Cleric, a barbarian and a Rogue (all 6th level).

Hmm... Why not change it with the feat:
Fight defensivly
w/o feat: -4 attack, +2 AC
w/ feat: -2 attack, +4 AC
Fight "powerfully"
w/o feat: -4 attack, +2 damage
w/ feat: -2 attack, +4 damage
Fight aggressivly
w/o feat: -4 AC, +2 attack
w/ feat: -2 AC, +4 attack
Fight "swiftly"
w/o feat: -4 damage, +2 attack
w/ feat: -2 damage, +4 attack
Too make the iteration complete (but questionary):
Fight "recklessly"
w/o feat: -4 AC, +2 damage
w/ feat: -2 AC, +4 damage
Fight "carefully"
w/o feat: -4 damage, +2 AC
w/ feat: -2 damage, +4 AC
