How do I upload my game line?

Hi, my name is Michael Mendoza, and I'm looking to publish my setting, "The Fifth Hour" and the system that powers it, "Signature."

Unfortunately, my publishing name (44Productions) seems to have disappeared from the Paizo.com website, and, moreover, I can't remember how to upload anything. :(

I've tried contacting customer service via email, but have received no response.

Help?

Well, I think that there is a decent backlog on the customer service email, since that is what Corey was handling (I think), and she either just left or is in the process of leaving. So your email may have been lost in the pile of 'researching' emails.

Hey Michael:

Very strange. I am still at home, but once I get into the office and get a chance, I will check into what happened and email you. Unless I get swamped with crises once I hit the office, I should be able to straighten this out and get you uploading by the end of the day.

Well, this is just a gentle reminder that I still can't find my game line via search or remember how to upload stuff. I'm assuming a) you got swamped with stuff, b) you can't figure out what's or or c) what's wrong is just incredibly complex.
