Quicken Spell as Draconic Bloodline bonus feat

I did not think spontaneous casters could use quicken spell.

was there a change to this rule in PFRPG that I missed?

Not yet, but Jason has implied there will be.

Well he's done more then implied. He said he's changing Quicken and only Quicken. My bet is that Quicken will use a higher spell slot for Spontaneous casters.
