Give classes feats that tie in to their common build

Races & Classes

Rogue and Ranger should automatically get Weapon Finesse. It doesn't hurt a Strength-based build, and ties in well with the more common Dexterity-based build.

Druid should get Natural Spell when they get Wild Shape at 4th level.

Bard should get Weapon Finesse too.

All characters get significantly more feats in 3P then in 3E. I don't see the need for more free feats.

Rogues can also take finese as a level 2 talent. Too much power if you ask me if they get a feat and a talent at level 2.

While it does seem odd that most rogues wouldn't learn how to fight in a style that benefits them until their adventuring career has already begun, I do at least appreciate that they moved it up to 2nd level rather than making the rogue wait until 3rd. That's pretty much when rogues in my experience picked it up in 3.x, whether through fighter or swashbuckler multiclassing. If a rogue really wants weapon finesse at first level, he should take a level of a full-BAB class then. It's not like taking rogue at 2nd negatively impacts your skills the way it did in prior versions.
