I'm sure this is being hashed out, but I'd like to throw my 2 cents in about loss of dexterity bonuses and CMB. I could be wrong, but right now I don't see any ruling on being caught flat-footed relating to CMB rules. I think it would be a good idea if my Barbarian with improved bull rush had a bit easier time pushing his opponent around if he blindsided him.
I don't know if this should be an equivalent loss to CMB...at first that seemed like a good idea, except it seems a big penalty to creatures with higher dex. I had the same problem with a strait penalty though...if an enemy (or player) doesn't have a dex bonus, should he really lose -2 to his CMB for getting caught flatfooted? I think a strait -2 penalty wouldn't be a huge loss for either, but give an advantage in that situation.
Would loss of dex effect your CMB if you were using agile maneuvers, or does that not change your CMB vs another creature? Do you still use strength for that?
This kind of goes with many conditions like blinded (which I see has a dex & strength penalty now which I'm guessing effects CMB but I'm not positive). Like I said, I'm sure all of this is being worked out, I'm just wondering.
I might have just missed this completely though. If I did I apologize.

Oh, just to clarify, I have been assuming that since the CMB rolls take the place of an attack action, any penalties to attack also apply to CMB penalties.
This seems to work out rather well, but I'm not sure if the reverse is the same.
So I guess I have another question besides the issue about being caught flatfooted... do penalties to attack effect CMB, and if they do, do those penalties also apply if the person/creature with the penalty is the one having a Combat maneuver used on it (example: a creature with a normal DC = 15+10(bab)+2)str would have instead DC=15+10+2-4(cursed) if attacked with a combat maneuver)?

This really effects exactly how effective the new monk is given he has a fairly high CMB ability.
That would be massively helpful.
I guess it hasn't come up until now, because the rogue has so many more effective paths than going the CMB route and fighters really have to crank out alot of feats to use CMB skills + give opponents significant combat modifiers unlike the rogue and monk.
The monk has improved feint, mobility (to flank), stunning fist, access to all of the improved-CMB stuff...you throw in variant abilities like the monk being able to cause other effects via feats or added spellcasting via additional class or companion and the issue becomes fairly complex.
