As a beginning exercise, I just did a first pass conversion of my "main" D&D 3.5 character, a Rogue 5 / Sorcerer 5 / Arcane Stalker 3* that I played in our Forgotten Realms campaign.

D&D 3.5 Feats & Class Abilities: Sneak Attack +4D6, Trapfinding, Two-Weapon Fighting, Force of Personality, Summon Familiar, Evasion, Weapon Focus (rapier), Weapon Finesse, Uncanny Dodge, Trap Sense, Combat Expertise, Combat Expertise, Arcane Stealth (PrC), -10% Arcane Spell Failure (PrC), Improved Feint

Pathfinder: Sneak Attack +4D6, Trapfinding, Force of Personality, Arcane Bond, Eschew Materials, Evasion, Weapon Finesse [finesse rogue talent], Weapon Focus (rapier), Trap Sense +1, Combat Expertise, Metamagic Adept [bloodline power], Arcane Strike [combat trick rogue talent], Improved Feint, Uncanny Dodge, Quicken Spell, Arcane Stealth (PrC), Dodge, Arcane Armor Training (Prc), Improved Two Weapon Fighting

Not only do you get more feats overall, but I was able to shift Weapon Finesse into a Rogue Talent. Add the cool Sorcerer bloodline bonuses (I went with Arcane as a generic bloodline here) and I was starting to have difficulty choosing between new feats. The character picks up an extra dagger strike with his rapier + dagger full attack and adds the Arcane Strike power, Dodge, and Quicken Spell (which he can't quite use yet because of spell levels).

* custom "bridge" PrC for multiclass rogue casters, similar to an Arcane Trickster

Edit: Changed "Rogue Combat Trick" to "Rogue Talent".
