Bonded Item AND a Familiar?

Rules Questions

Are there circumstances where this is possible? I'm designing a Sea Singer who automatically gains a Familiar at 2nd level (though honestly I'd prefer the Well-Versed ability) and its worded thusly:

Familiar
At 2nd level, a sea singer acquires an exotic pet—a monkey or parrot (treat as raven)—that gains abilities as a wizard’s familiar, using the sea singer’s bard level as his wizard level.

The character is also likely to take an Eldritch heritage Bloodline and is primarily leaning towards the Arcane Bloodline which also grants an Arcane Bond ability. It specifically states:

Arcane Bond (Su):
At 1st level, you gain an arcane bond, as a wizard equal to your sorcerer level. Your sorcerer levels stack with any wizard levels you possess when determining the powers of your familiar or bonded object. Once per day, your bonded item allows you to cast any one of your spells known (unlike a wizard’s bonded item, which allows him to cast any one spell in his spellbook). This ability does not allow you to have both a familiar and a bonded item.

Now it says that this ability doesn't allow you to gain both a Bonded Item and a Familiar (though it doesn't seem to preclude the possibility of two familiars), but neither does it say that it prevents it from happening, as if from another source.

Ideally the character would have both a Bonded Item from her Bloodline and a Familiar from her archetype... Is it legal, RAW?

It's legal; you don't get both from the Arcane Bond ability after all.
