My Gazetteer was missing from my last order (935617), but I've still not received the book with the revised/new order (952100) after two weeks. Can you confirm that it shipped, and that there wasn't another error?

Your book did ship on 5/5 and should be on it's way to you. Today would be the 11th business day from the date of shipment, so it is running late at this point. If you still haven't seen it by the end of this week, let me know and I will set you up with (another) replacement.
