Alter recent order?

Is it possible to add/remove items to/from an order that was just placed? If so, how?

On your end, no. Once an order is placed, there is no way for you to alter it.

However, if you would like to make changes to an existing order, just let Customer Service know (include your order number and the changes you would like made) and we can do it for you (assuming that the order hasn't already shipped). You can notify us by email, phone, or here on the messageboard.
