We'll get to this eventually, but we have a lot of bigger fish to fry before we do. Right now we're focused on the campaign setting (which does include Garund, but does not include Tian Xia in its focus on the Inner Sea region), so we've got to get that off our plate before we decide to detail the opposite side of the planet.
We will get there eventually, though, so long as you guys keep buying the products!

But Osirion, Katapesh, and Qadira are all detailed in the Gazeteer, and shown on the Gazeteer map.

This is the key phrase here, people! We know what to do!
In all seriousness, it's kind of cool to start at the beginning with this and be able to be an expert on Golarion as parts are revealed. Trying to get the same level of mastery with any of WotC's settings (with the possible exception of Eberron, and even THAT'S got a lot out for it) is pretty damn daunting. I can wait. I'm glad to know that they have enough ideas to keep going for a LONG time.

I feel at a loss, not knowing where all these areas are in relation to eachother. :) Is there a world/continent/bla map around somewhere?
No world map really (though Golarion's continents have a certain similarity to Earth's), but there is a Inner Sea Region map showing the, well, Inner Sea Region, which is the continents Avistan and Garund and the Inner Sea Between them. It's found in the Gazetteer, the Campaign Setting and THE COMMUNITY USE PACKAGE: WORLD MAP
As for the continents:
Avistan: A lot like Europe: It's in about the same place, and the nations you find there are often inspired by European lands.
Garund: Golarion's Africa (though our Africa never had a nation ruled by the Undead - unless I slept through the more interesting parts of History at school).
Arcadia: More or less the Americas. Expect to find natives with weird customs, like sacrificing hundreds of people to their gods each day and then eating their flesh.
Azlant: You could call this Golarion's Atlantis. Everyone knows where it is, though. But like Atlantis, its a sunken continent (though Atlantis wasn't sunk by a big huge comet drawn from the skies by Aboleth to teach its snotty inhabitants a lesson in humility and high arcane destruction.)
Casmaron: This is one of the two continents that takes Asia's role. This is more or less the Middle East. Expect countries inspired by Arabia and India here.
Tian Xia: The other part of Asia. the Far Eastern one. Expect empires and peoples reminiscent of China, Japan and so on.
Sarusan: A lot like Australia. Since it's beyond the trackless sea, far away from any trade winds, few if anything is known about it, including its exact location. But you can expect a big Dreamtime thing going on. If your expensive watch behaves weird there, don't throw it away - it works perfectly, it's just that Time is drunk on the job again.

There were plans for an AP that started in Varisia and went over the roof of the world to Tian Xia. I believe that 2012 is the earliest we might see this now..that's off course providing we are still all here in 2012.
Oh, never fear. When I use the coming Apocalypse of 2012 to fuel my ascension to divinity, I'll spare the lifes of Paizo employees. In fact, I'll turn them into liches so they won't have to sleep any more.
There will be a short adaptation period as everyone gets used to the way things will be then, but once you remember that the continent is now called "Arcadia" and not "America", you're set.

Well, uh, certainly NOT because I was there and accidentally pulled the big Ocean Plug everyone was saying must not be pulled under any circumstances.
Oh no. Definitely not. Because I wasn't there. And I didn't get curious about this big, shiny plug they said was holding back the waves that would sink the whole continent. Surely not.
I don't have to say anything, I'm not on trial here. Mind your own business! Get off my back!

Um, sure, no problem dude
<slowly backs away>

Don't run away! I thought that since you were here, I'd show you a shiny bauble. Look at this thing, made entirely of precious metals, it has some resemblance to those bathtub plugs, only really, really big. I once round it, just lying there. That's just the kind of weird thing that happens in the verse all the time.

Garund: Golarion's Africa (though our Africa never had a nation ruled by the Undead - unless I slept through the more interesting parts of History at school).
Indeed, you did.

Great. Tell them to bring a cake or something. Nothing fancy, just something nice from Coppenrath & Wiese.

I think they are bringing Alamaise's 50+ year-old fruitcake. I'm sure they'll be happy to chisel you off a chunk to go with your glass of Laesal Wine.

Something fresh would be nice. And who would drink Laesal Wine with fruitcake. That is an outrage.
I do have some Black Lotus Liquor, though, if they want to bring a fresh fruit cake.
