I'm running a playtest by e-mail (using the adventure "Queen with the Burning Eyes" from Dungeon magazine) and an issue came up.
It looks like following tracks using the Survival skill no longer requires use of the Track feat, but does require the user to be trained in Survival. However, there are various animals (like dogs) that have no skill points in Survival but do have the Track feat. Technically, it looks like they can't track using the Survival (although it looks like they can still track by scent using Wisdom checks according to the Scent ability).
Maybe every skill with a racial bonus should be treated as trained. Or every skill in a monster's description should be treated as trained.
