I am currently running The Skinsaw Murders.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be a good way to go if I did not even want to run Sins of the Saviors? Is there a Gamemastery adventure for that approximate level, and does anyone have any suggestions as to how to integrate it into Rise of the Runelords in place of Sins of the Saviors?

What is it you don't like? Are you trying to avoid a large dungeon crawl? Do you not like the repeated emphasis on ancient ruins? Is it the concept of the seven deadly sins that off-putting? Give us some hints so that we don't recommend something else that will have the same problems for you as Sins of the Saviors, please.

I dunno. I think you are going to have manhandle the whole arc to get the same feel. So much follows incrementally fromand to Sins of the Saviors, and a ton of the narrative enjoyment comes from all the pieces falling together in this episode.
What are your issues? I ran this for a table of Tweens with Momma sitting in and for my normal gaming group. Nick Logue was much harder to PG-13 than this was. My adults LOVED it, however.
And remember SPOILERS

I thought that Sins of the Saviors would be much harder to PG-13 than Nick Logue. I thought of taking out the lust part completely as suggested in the adventure, but at first reading it seemed to leave a hole in the narrative. I should take a second look.
Thank you for your responses.

Maybe but on behalf of women everywhere I recomend doing it regardless. :)

I traded Lust for Gluttony and camped things up a bit. Where I couldn't, I gave the affection elements the Loony Tunes treatment. It was more about unwanted affection than sex or bad touch.
To quote my 10 year old, "Daddy, this entire adventure is about cooties. Will cure disease protect us?"
The conversation went on from there...

Pesonally I can't wait for "Sins of the Saviors". I have been keeping track of all the party's sins.
Everytime they claim a weapon or item before discussing it I give them a greed point; whenever someone holds back while the rest of the party advances, I give them a sloth point.
I can't wait.

Agreed on the sin points. That has been very amusing thus far.
Though I have to admit I was a bit stumped in terms of sloth in our last session. Yes, we all know the elf wizard one is the lazy one. But he has 8 strength to start off with and took 5 strength damage last session. So every time they walked into a room him going 'I'm going to sit down while you guys look around' was a bit more RP based then him, well, doing that exact same thing without the strength damage. Ok, who am I kidding.

Nick Logue? Is that you?

Well, there's Guardians of Dragonfall, which is for 11th level characters.
I was thinking of running The Demon Within as a side adventure, which should help Mr. Greer feel better. If I did that, I would probably collapse all of the seven sin areas.

One way to spin the Lust section would be to make the Lust villain's shtick enslavement--not sexual but just enjoyment of others' servitude. There is a nice G-rated example of this in _Aladdin_ near the end. I think Delvahine could be played very much like the villain of _Aladdin_. My five-year-old niece loves this movie....
So you show her ordering around her sycophantic goons, and if you get a chance you charm a PC and ask the player to ham up their "Yes, master" stuff. Put some clothes on everyone, ditch the sex toys. It should be okay.
(I was initially skeptical of _Sins_ for unrelated reasons, but with heavy modification was able to run it successfully. My group was just not up for the traps, and I wasn't satisfied with the amount of NPC interaction provided. Both of these turned out to be fixable.)
