Hi just wondering what to do about this order that has not shown up

I have the same problem, and mine shipped three days before yours did.

Don't worry; if the order doesn't show up, They'll fix it.

I'm just wondering what shipping method you chose.

In my case, USPS. It's never taken more than six days from the listed shipped date for a package to reach me.

I've had shipments take 18 business days from shipment before

Connecticut - USPS shipments from paizo have varied from 3 business days to 18

Yeah I use USPS as well - never gone past 4 days to receive from ship date - and I am in Louisiana.

New York here. I'm thinking of just throwing in the extra two or three bucks a month to have the stuff sent UPS. I have the greatest UPS guy in the world. AND I can track online.

yeah - i started doing that 2 months ago - and since then it has never been more than 4 business days

Don't lose faith, Malissa. Mine showed up today. Officially (thanks, Corey) it needs to be twenty days overdue before a shipment is declared lost or investigated. Maybe yours went to the same strange Hell mine seemed to visit.

Just be paitent. Trust.. Paizo will take care of it. They have the best customer service ever.

things sent out on the 18th have only been shipping for 7 business days - so depending on what shipping method you use it could still be well within the alloted time..

I know it seems illogical, but it does happen that an order can pass another in transit, and this doesn't have any bearing on the likelihood of the first showing up. It's counterintuitive, but my experience has borne this out repeatedly. Therefore, your order should still be showing up any any time, now.

If you still have not seen order 938791 by the end of next week, let me know and I will set you up for some replacements.
