The Devastating Blow feat allows the user to make a hit a critical hit with a normal standard attack, and the text does not limit uses per day.
Is that intentional? I assume every melee combat class that had the feat would use it every time they made a standard attack.
Consider this:
You need a BAB of +11 to take the feat. Using this feat means you cannot take a full attack, since this feat requires a standard action.
You give up 2 attacks to crit with one. Seems balanced enough for me. I would assume that you would use this feat every attack you plan on moving before or after.

I suppose I want to see the equipment list before I pass judgement. If they restricted it to x2 crit, it might not be obscenely broken, but assuming they still leave x4 crit weapons on the table though, I imagine buying stock in picks and scythes is in order. Honestly I think this feat would be good if it required a full round action. As a standard action its exceptionally good.

Consider:
1. This one attack you get to crit with is at your full attack bonus, whereas the ones you give up are at -5 and -10 (and possibly -15).2. Part of the tactical consideration for classes that fight a lot is that you can either stand still and do a full attack or move and do a single attack. That was a big trade off. Now, you can move and do almost as much damage as a full attack (depending upon your weapon), and possibly throw a higher power attack into the mix too, since you don't have to worry about making your extra attacks too weak with the power attack attack penalty tradeoff.
I don't think it's terrible or broken, at least not yet. But to me, it's definitely a big change.
