A suggestion for conditions - more to do with formatting than anything else.
In play, what tends to slow things down is recalculating things like AC etc. What slows it down even more is when a modifier is to an attribute.
It would speed things up (by reducing cognitive overhead) if conditions appeared in a format like this:
Grappled
-4 DEX (-2 AC, -2 REF); -2 ATK; -2 CMB; no action with 2 hands
or
Blind
-2 AC; -DEX bonus to AC; -4 on STR, DEX, Search checks
Basically, a single line that summarizes the numerical effects in a standard format, and that uses brackets () to 'unpack' attribute mods will save time.
I know this stuff is easily figured out; but there is a definite delay as players (particularly less rule-savvy ones) go "-4 DEX, that means my AC and REF drop by 2?"

Sweet! Though I will miss the "Someone look X up" call and everyone scrambling to get to the entry first...but not by much.

The chart is a cool idea! Hmmm... I was wondering if it were a bad idea to steal that 'Bloodied' condition from 4E? Maybe it could be called 'Injured' or something? I like the reasoning behind it, and it also reminds me of how Wounds and Criticals work in WFRP (i.e. Wounds represent fatigue, scratches and light wounds and only criticals inflict "serious" or "long-term" damage). Whenever you become 'Injured', maybe healing and short-term resting should also only restore HPs up to half of your Total HPs, and only "long-term care" would restore your HPs to max.? Just some thoughts...

I would also like to add my thanks to this!!! And also pose a question...will there be a DM screen released for Pathfinder?? With all these handy little tables and charts on them??? O pretty please!?!?

I really like where this is going with conditions. However, a page with each condition in its own box like the Broken Condition in Alpha release 1 Pg. 43 would be great or... Condition Cards!!! That would be awesome!
Having a nice color page with the various conditions on them would be cool, something we could have in a sheet protector for ease of reference. But a Condition Card the DM could slap down to tell me how much my character $^!#$ would be much more fun.
