Mistakes in modules

Is there a place for mistakes that you find in your products?
Such as I found a couple mistakes with the D2 The Demon within.
On the map the legend has L4 on it twice. The last one should be L8.
Also where the number 2 is where the dretches leap out from behind a curtain, it is in the middle of the pues. There is no curtain on the map.
Also I don't see the stairs in L4.
Also please read the begining section, it looks like theres a word or two missing
" One of the Mendevians’ better-kept secrets is the power that allows them keep the demons"
shouldn't it read " allows them to keep the demons"

I'm not trying to be a nick pick, just trying to let you know.

Some of the modules have threads for Q&A and errata - I don't think that this is one of them though. you could start one

Typos that get through aren't errata, and since we'll likely never reprint a module there's nothing we can do about them at this point.

That said, though, pointing out flaws for game mechanics and world continuity stuff is a great help to everyone. :)
