I just suscribed to Pathfinder Companion and the next book appears in my sidecart waiting to be shipped, I know this is a mistake since the next book is due August but my credit card could be charged for it.

Your Pathfinder Companion appears in your sidecart because it is the next item to ship from this subscription (it also happens to be the first item to ship from this subscription as well, but this is irrelevant to the question at hand).
Items in the sidecart will ship with the first shipment that they can. Obviously, since the Companion won't be released until August, it cannot ship until after it is released.
You are never charged for any item until it ships, so you won't be charged for this until August.
The Companion will not charge or ship until it is released in August. Until then, it will wait in your sidecart and not effect anything else.
