Order 906029 Problem

I've replied to Cosmo a couple of times, but haven't received a response yet.

In short, I received the package (with the contents as listed in the email) but need the return label to send it back.

Also, could I get an update on the status of my original order?

If you have questions, I will keep an eye on this thread and my email as well.

I apologize for the delayed response. Evidently there was some problem the first time the Return Label email went out, so I will get a new email sent out to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, Cosmo's out sick today, but, judging from the notes on your order, we are still waiting for the original order to come back to us. This should happen soon, though we don't have an exact date.

I've alerted Cosmo to this thread so he can answer you more clearly on Monday. I apologize for the inconvenience!
