Question about international shipping methods

Hi, I was about to place an order but in the shipping metod I can only choose USPS Priority mail wich is too expensive, my subscriptions are shipped USPS Package service, why cant I choose package service in my new order?

The USPS Package Service shipping rate uses the USPS "Bound Printed Matter" postage rate. The USPS gives a postage discount for mailing books, magazines, papers, etc (i.e. bound printed matter). Your subscriptions qualify for this rate, but your order, which contains paints, miniatures and other items, does not. USPS Priority mail is the only rate for which it qualifies.
