Could you show the math on the invoice when there is a subsciber (or any) discount?

I'm checking the math, and I'm not getting the discount.
I understand the 15% is NOT on top of any existing discount, but it's just not showing up at all. I don't get it, I'm logged in, it's March 10th, I thought we were supposed to get 15% off stuff. What have I missed?

Yeah I went through checkout all the way and placed my order even, and neither do I see any mention of the Subscriber discount. Not even in the confirmation email... What's the deal?

That doesn't actually take effect until March the 10th. Today. So if it shipped prior to that you won't see it. That was part of the original announcement, but many folks didn't catch it.

Does that work for orders not yet shipped? I forgot about the discount and ordered Guide to Korvosa and the Harrow deck last Thursday. They're still pending... (Order #906146)

I ordered the Harrow Deck last week too! (Order #906174) And mine hasn't shipped yet either, so I'm also very interested in the answer to this question.

That's must be why 3 things I have on "Send stuff on combined shiiping" just shipped, the 15% discount was about to kick in.

You should see it on the Order Summary page, after you've selected a payment method and shipping address, but before you actually submit the order.

funny, this is suppose to be a bonus for being a Pathfinder subscriber. I would think there would be something in place to recieve the discount for this month shipments because as a subscriber the order goes in automatically, in my case i believe the order even shipped on the 11th. Keep in mind my order only contained subcription items.

so I'll only start to receive my discount come next months shipment

Subscription orders are created when we recieve inventory; orders for Pathfinder 7 were created before the benefit kicked in. This is by design: we specifically intended the Pathfinder Advantage discount to began after Pathfinder 7 because Pathfinder 7 already comes with its own subscriber benefit—a free print copy of the Curse of the Crimson Throne Player's Guide.

That may be the first Pathfinder Chronicles shipment to benefit, but other orders you place before then will also qualify.

Hmm. Looks like an unusual chain of events made it so that your Pathfinder 7 needs to ship before you qualify for the Pathfinder Advantage. It should go out today, though.

(We'll tweak the code to account for your situation as well, so the next guy in your situation won't have to wait—thanks for bringing it to our attention!)

Yeah, I jumped straight from #6 (where I started) to #8, and you guys had to fix it manually (much appreciated). I guess I confused things by trying to back-date to start from #6 just as #7 was shipping :(

Thanks for your help - and apologies to whoever picks up the same question from the customer.services mailbox, I'm afraid I got a bit impatient for an answer.


Just to let you know, it works fine - I got the confirmation #7 was shipping, and promptly put my pending shopping cart through with the Pathfinder Advantage discount :)

(Nice that the cart holds its contents for several days so that I didn't have to go and select everything again.)

Thanks again for your help - now I just have to sit and count the days 'til all this lovely loot arrives!
