Hey Customer Service Team,
I placed this order yesterday, and awesomely enough it says it's in the shipping phase already. Unfortunately, I went to check my bank account this morning and it has two charges on it from Paizo (and I'm pretty sure this is the only order I have). The first is for the amount of this order ($119.74), but then there's a charge after that for $98.74 that I have no idea what that's about. I'll check on it again later, but a random charge for almost 100 bucks kind of freaks me out.
Thanks for looking into it!

The First one is most likely the authorization (the check to make sure you have enough money in the CC account) and the second is the actual charge. Banks seem to take longer to drop the authorizations than Credit card companies do. If this isn't the case then Cos or Corey will have to help you since I'm not an employee :)

Actually, the Captain is mostly correct. :)
When you create an order, the system authorizes the total amount immediately, but doesn't charge you until your items ship from our warehouse.
In your case, we authorized the full amount ($119.74) immediately and then also immediately charged you for the PDF portion of your order ($21.00), because the PDFs were "shipped" (made available to you) immediately. Then the physical items on your order shipped and you were charged for that portion ($98.74). Since there had been a (partial) settlement (i.e. charge) on the previous authorization, this authorization was closed, and we had to authorize the remaining amount to be able to settle it and ship.
Sorry, that's the long answer. The short answer is that the PDF portion of your order and the physical portion were charged separately. :)
Thanks,
cos

and the 119 will turn into $21 once your bank drops the rest of the original confirmation
