I'm looking for a PrC that turns changes a character's size to Large. I know of three PrC's that modify the character's size catagory to Large: Waker of the Beast from Dragon 296, Thrall to Kostchtchie from Dragon 345, and the Branch of Zivilyn from Bestiary of Krynn. However, none of these PrC are exactly what I am looking for in terms of my character. Any help would be great!
Why not simply a magical belt of enlarge person?

What kind of character are you playing? I can most easily imagine Size-altering Prestige Classes for particular races, and for clerics (particularly of brutish or strong gods), druids, and possibly barbarians. I can easily imagine reach-enhancing Prestige Classes for fighters or monks.

Its more of an NPC, I'm planning on bringing him back from the dead. We have been playing the Age of Worms, well a fast an loose version with plenty of additions and subtractions. Anyway to make a long story short Mazorian had sent the PC's a warforged B166ER to help them along there way (and yes that is a Matrix homage.) He was killed by the leader of the shapechangers guild in "The Hall of Harsh Reflections." (I removed the Mind Flayer and replaced him with a Favored Spawn of Kyuss Greyhawk Dragon, I wanted to foreshadow Dragotha and Lashonna; plus I had made major alterations to the Dungeon and wanted a Shapechanger to head up the shapechangers guild.) I wanted to "Reload" B166ER as a new character; and Mazorian being the enigmatic Mage he is rebuilt B166ER using the bones of the Undead dragon that had killed thim. He called the newly created construct "Mecha-B166ER." (Yes, I know I'm playing fast an loose with the living construct here, and there is definately a Godzilla homage here, but I can't quite seem to make the pieces come together. I really want the character to be large to reflect his new construction using the parts from a large undead dragon. Well that is my dilemma in a nut shell. Not enough classes out there that make you large.
If B166ER gets rebuilt, perhaps instead of a class changing his size, it's actually a template that alters him? I'm basing this idea off of the half-golem templates I've seen before, which are acquired rather than inherent. Some sort of acquired mecha template might work for your concept.
Bear Warrior (Complete Warrior) gives a barbarian the ability to change into a bear (Medium to start, but Large later) when raging. Master of Many Forms (Complete Adventurer) allows a druid (or variant ranger) to greatly improve their wild shape ability. Master Transmogrifist (Complete Arcane) gives an arcane spellcaster improved facility with alter self, polymorph, and other shapechanging spells.
What you are talking about looks more like a template than a PrC.

I agree, a template may be needed just haven't found one I like. I think I might hombrew something as per Set's suggestion. Thanks for the input everyone!
