I received an email from you guys stating that this product was shipping on 2/25/2008 and also provided the tracking number.
I check the UPS website this morning and the tracking only shows "billing information received" and no other progress. Did this actually ship?

Once you get the email, it is usually too late to go out that day, so it goes out the next day, which would ahve been yesterday. Depending on if the order in question were a subscription order, it may take a few days before it gets out the door, as they send the emails out early so you have access to the PDFs. I would check the site again later tonight, to see if has been picked up tonight. if it has - great, if not look to see when the billing info received and wait at least 48 hours from that time to be at all worried.

I actually cannot determine for sure whether or not this order shipped. I will, therefore, ship a replacement right away, because it seems likely that this order was marked as shipped (and received a UPS tracking number) within our system without a label actually being printed. There is a slight (very slight) chance that the label was printed and the order was shipped and the UPS pickup guy just missed scanning the package on pickup. This would mean that your package is traversing the UPS system on your address alone and it will eventually show up. In this case, you will be getting two Map Folios, but this looks pretty unlikely, so I will just get a replacement sent out.
