OGL SRD any lawyers out there?

3.5/d20/OGL

I asked this in another thread but don't think I got an answer. Is the OGL staying as it is, for 3.5 forever, or? I mean, can companies still keep producing 3.5 stuff from now on or do they have to move to the 4 gsl rules?

The OGL is exactly that: Open. It can't be rescinded. People can publish 3.5 stuff forever, as long as they abide by the OGL rules.

Yeah, that's a genie that can't be stuffed back in the bottle.

WTF????

Where did Ross and my posts go?

Paizo, I love you guys, but you really need to think about some other choice for board server software or something. This post eating thing stinks on ice.

good, fantastic! That is what I had hoped. I just wanted to make sure. Well it's not like I'm going to be pumping out tons of books but well its just nice to have it there.

Hmm.... This totally blows. I can see all my posts and Ross' post on my iPhone, but not on my desktop PC.

I'm having the same issue. I'm using my work computer and my laptop at the same time to actually get all the posts.

Hadn't thought of trying with my iPhone at the same time, though.

I was seeing a completely different set of "Recent Posts" on the front page between the iPhone and the PC. I logged out of my account on my PC and logged back in, and then I could see the missing posts. However, I have done that once before and logged back in to see even fewer posts than I had before.
