Well, of course I didn't see this post until right now and your Pathfinder #5, complete with replacement copy of Pathfinder #4, shipped out to you this morning.
Proof positive that Murphy is alive and well and working here at Paizo.
Tell you what... let's not mess with the hassle of having you send the extra copy back. Feel free to keep it and dispose of it as you see fit. Perhaps you know someone who might like it? Just make sure you let them know where they can get the rest of the series. ;)

Murphy is an all-powerful and prevading force, I was surprised he didn't make it into the "Elder Evils" book WotC put out :)
I have the perfect person in mind for the extra book, I know he'll like it and more importantly I'm pretty sure he'll want the rest of the AP.
