Hi, I placed this order for my husband's Christmas gifts on Dec. 8th and they are still pending. By now Im not even sure if the funds are in my account. I would just like to know what is going on with my order. Should I just cancel it and reorder later or what?
Actually, your order is all in and ready to go. I apologize for the delay, but it seems that we had some difficulty bringing in the T-shirt which is now on backorder. However, your order should be shipping soon.
Because of the delay, I will go ahead and cut your shipping and handling fee in half by way of apology.
well.... you posted Friday night, and customer service isn't in on the weekends, except a comment monday or tuesday
It's true, our office hours are Monday through Friday 10am-5pm PST. So if you post on the weekend, you should expect your answer on Monday.
