Well, there are rules for clerics who are attempting to control the same undead or similar ones for two mages using compulsions on the same subject and it seems that these could be used in a case like this.
I would be VERY cautious here though, it is a bad GM move in most cases to use a character's powers against them as it makes the player feel helpless. If you think this player can handle it though and are only going to use it in rare occasions it might turn into a very dramatic and memorable encounter.

Yeah it was ugly, we just faced Nuallia in the RORL on Wednesday and she did indead take control of my undead Owlbear skeleton and used it to kill the Rogue in the party...nice. Of course this caused the parties cleric to basically tell my mage that he would not adventure with me anymore if I continued to cast evil spells...which this is since summon undead has evil in the descriptor.

Yeah I read about it in the ROTRL obituaries earlier today... at least she only got your skele and not the zombie too, right?
