The Rules compendium did a real good job of cleaning up some of the harder to understand rules such as grappling....
For that I would buy it. Any sort of rules clarification is good.
I just picked up Rules Compendium -- it's awesome.
- Covers all the important rules
- Exceptionally well-organized and well-indexed
- Clears up the confusing rules
- Easier to read than any other WotC release -- black font on a simple white background (no distracting art behind text)
- Timely release with the end of 3.5 and a desire to have a complete set of rules
- Nicer binding than usual -- just a small plus :)
I truly expect it'll be my single most valuable 3.5 book.
Don't buy anything else 3.5 until you buy this.

Oh great. They put out crap for so very long, they have to have a book that explains the crap and it is actually done well. Doesn't that figure! I wish I could return all the crap I bought from them and just get this one instead :)

Looking at the product catalog for 2008 over at the wizards site, the ones that I would think qualify are as follows (no 4e preview stuff):
02/2008 City of Stormreach
03/2008 Eberron Survival Guide (though this appears to be mostly art?)
Other than that it is some dungeon tiles and the like.
The other thing I noticed was that they have a title, H1 Keep on the Shadowfell, that is described as a 4e introductory adventure that is scheduled to come out a month prior to the release of 4e.
