Have not yet received Pathfinder #4, with a ship date of December 11, and 10 days it may still be postal delayed. I will give it till end of the week, if not received perhaps a replacement can be sent.

well today is business day 10, and with xmas/newyears you need to expect delays in shipping... I would wait until the 10th or so without being worried
Still no Pathfinder 4, I count the 10 business days as December 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, with the 26 as the tenth day. Am I in error? In the past I have always received my shipments within days of the ship date and I'm beginning to think this shipment may indeed be lost.
Cosmo (or anyone in Customer Service), please look into this order and give an official decision whether a replacement issue should be sent.

You are correct that it has been over ten business days from the date you Pathfinder #4 shipped. However, the 3 to 10 business day estimate is just that, an estimate. This is a pretty good estimate under normal circumstance, but given the holiday season delays should be expected.
Your should be showing up any day now, but if you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and I'll get you set up with a replacement at that time.

you are correct (depending on where you are the 24th is not always considered a business day by the postal service I think) I was origannly looking that the '08 calender and not the 07. I have had it go as much as 18 business days before getting my package on the east coast though, so as Cos says, don't be TOO concerned yet. (also depending on your post office locally, I've seen a box for my sit at our old the post office for almost a week before the little card came into our PO Box - all the while going "that long box looks like it could be what i'm waiting for...")
