I was just checking my order status and it says that my Green Ronin order was canceled? Not by me. Any idea what's up?

Not your whole order, just Skull & Bones (d20). This book is no longer available and we canceled it from your order so that we will be able to ship the remainder.

Currently, we are still trying to bring in the Mindshadows (d20) book and this is holding up the shipment of your order. If you would like, I can move this item onto another order so that we will be able to ship the rest as soon as possible.

So no "Skull and Bones," and "Mindshadows" later? Sounds fine with me. Actually, instead of crediting me for the "Skull and Bones," you could just send me "Avatars Handbook" instead. They're both $2. Or just credit me $2 and I'll order "Avatars" later, whichever is easier.

If this is holding up order 835720 then could you please do the same. I am tired of waiting.

I am a good bit frustrated that I could order a book before some people but not receive it because my order was delayed. They get their books because they either a) ordered less and thus spent less or b) by some miracle purchased books that did not get back ordered. Meanwhile there are those of us who ordered early but because one or two pieces of our order was back ordered we got screwed by having a product canceled. Please cancel any material that is delaying my order, refund that money, and send the books I wanted so I can get this off my mind.

Actually, I just perused my account and it looks like my payment has not be processed. Is this the case? If it is, then great. All I need is to cancel those products that are unduly delaying my order. Please cancel the items that are not in stock or not due in stock and simply send the items you have available now.

Answer based on information from the FAQ:

For your information, you get charged only at the same time that Paizo starts to process your order for shipping. If you see something on your card prior to that, it would only be a pre-charge were Paizo just makes sure your card has enough space/money in it to fulfill charge that will come upon shiping.

I can see splitting my order and keeping all of the product but I don't really don't think paying the shipping is feasible. Sure, I was lucky enough to get free shipping due to an error early on but my patience has run so thin at this point I can't imagine paying more in shipping than I am for the books. So, if I can get the order split without paying the extra shipping I would very much appreciate it. You would keep a loyal customer. Otherwise, forget it and just send me the product you have in stock.

Okay, I was being silly and stupid. I was letting my irritation get out of hand and thankfully this thread showed me how idiotic I was behaving.

Can I just split the orders so the stuff in stock ships now and the stuff coming in ships later? I will pay the extra shipping if I have to.
