What are the options for those of us who missed the deadline for the 1st round of RPG superstar but still would like to submit ideas for Paizo? And for those who don't make the cuts in the various rounds?
Are we all going to have to wait until next year? Or will Paizo once again be accepting proposals once they have decided what to do about the 3.5E / 4E situation?

It's too early to say whether or not we'll do another RPG Superstar, but assuming the judges manage to survive the process, things look positive.
Aside from that, other options have been and will be available. I'd suggest looking in the GameMastery and Pathfinder forums.
