A few items from the GR sale were on back order, and they are now listed as pending, but now the Medieval Player's Manual is listed as on back order.

Unless it is expected to arrive pretty soon, I would rather just cancel that item and get the remainder of my order shipped. Thanks.


Just a little bump. I you can shift the Medieval Player's Manual so that it shifts separately when it comes in that would be cool, but if you have to cancel it to get everything else to ship I understand. Thanks.

I have split the items that are not in stock into their own order, so I will be able to ship the in-stock items as quickly as possible. Since the original order qualified for the First Ten Shipping Promotion, I have split the discount between the two orders. Please review the new confirmation email for the original order I just sent, as well as the confirmation email from the new order to ensure that everything is configured properly. if you need me to make any further changes, please let me know.

Okay, now I have another question. I was charged for Order #854302, which is the portion of my original order that still includes the backordered Medieval Player's Manual. Did this order ship already? And if so why has the other order, Order #836685, not yet shipped.

You haven't been charged, yet. The order has been authorized. It will not charge until it ships.

Very cool. But why does Skull & Bones now say "cancelled today"? It is part of the order you are saying is shipping today or Monday.

Sounds like the word is that people are missing out on stuff they ordered because their orders are sitting and waiting for backordered items.

Please go ahead and cancel anything that is backordered, and ship everything that remains from my original order. Thanks.

The larger order shipped today. I cancelled the Medieval Player's Manual to allow the smaller order to ship.

Order #836685 says it has shipped, which is great.

Order #854302 is the split off portion of my original order. It now contains two cancelled books and two pending books. Anything we can do to get those last two books to ship before they run out of stock too?
