1 per account? 2, 4? Or perish the thought,16?
In other words, will we be selecting our 1 favorite country, or several?
I presume that only one vote could be cast per account. It would be kind of silly to do it any other way (not to mention needlessly complicated). I imagine it'll be much like the polls we've seen on here before, though I wonder if it will allow you to change your vote once it has been cast later like the polls do? I hope not. That could get messy.

We do have the technology to let you vote for your top 10 favorites or whatever, but I'm pretty sure you're going to get to vote for just one in this contest.
You will be able to change your vote up to the moment voting closes. You will not be able to see the results, however, so you won't know if your favorite contestant is in the lead.
We won't be displaying the results after voting is closed, either. Just an alphabetical list of the contestants who advance to the next round. (And possibly, maybe, perhaps, the top vote-getter.)

You might want to look into that a bit. I believe that multiple votes is more likely to pick the consensus winners, but it's been a while since I've looked at voting theory. I do know that you risk turning the near-cutoff votes into essentially noise rather than consensus choices, because the top of the curve will likely grab most of the votes.
