Paizo Order #836789 oddness


Customer Service


Last Thursday, I placed an order for 11 items from the list of Green Ronin products on sale, for a total of $28. I also received a confirmation email about this order.

Now when I check my order history I see that order #836789 contains only 1 item from my original order.

Can the original, complete order be restored, or should I cancel this order and try again?

I've also sent an email about this discrepancy.

I have double checked the new order and everything appears five by five. I also reapplied the First Ten Shipping promotion because it was applied to the original order.

The order is in the shipping queue and we will be getting it shipped out to you as soon as possible. However, unfortunately, it most likely will not reach you before your birthday.

I received my package today. I also received Pathfinder #4 today, so that made it that much sweeter. My wife had to sit and listen while I sang the goblin holiday song for her -- that was a nice touch, BTW.

Despite the seemingly interminable wait, I remained hopeful, and I still received my order in time for my birthday (I ordered the Green Ronin sale items as a birthday gift to myself).
