It appears that your subscription didn't ship when it should have. I have fixed this and your Pathfinder should be shipping soon. Unfortunately, this required that I take it completely out of the shipping queue and put it back in (at the end of the line). Therefore, your Pathfinder #3 will be shipping (and your PDF will be available) in 3 to 6 business days.

This is fantastic-I emailed them to bring it to their attention, and they then go ahead and charge me....AGAIN....WITHOUT ASKING ME...for issue # 3...nice work!

I apologize for not having been more explicit in my previous answer.
You were not charged twice for Pathfinder #3. In fact, you haven't been charged once for Pathfinder #3, yet. The initial charge you see from 11/01 is the authorization for the subscription. This is a non-monetary transaction which merely ensures that the payment method is valid and sufficiently funded. For more information on authorizations, please see the FAQ. This authorization will never be charged.
The second charge you are seeing (the one from today) is for your Pathfinder #3. This is also just an authorization, but this one will be charged when you Pathfinder #3 ships.
In order for you to get a Pathfinder #3 at all, I had to (as I stated in my previous post) requeue the Pathfinder order and resubmit it. If your subscription had functioned as normal, these two steps would have occurred simultaneously on 11/1.

So then both charges should 'disappear' once authorized, and replaced by the 'real' charge? Got it, it's like how gas stations 'hold' amounts when you pump gas.
I'll let you know if it doesn't clear up on my statement-thx! :)
