I had a return exchange

I included a letter saying what I wanted in exchange
and my account wwas credited.

Does this mean my exchange was ignored and i need to place the order/

To answer your question, yes, you will need to place the exchange order. However, your exchange request was not so much ignored, we just prefer to have the customer be in charge of the dispensation of their own store credit.

Your letter did not include a preference for a shipping method, and in any case where the store credit does not cover the price plus shipping and handling, we do not want to arbitrarily assign a payment method. In other words, we do not want to ever put any surprise charges on your credit card.
