Is your credit card a Visa or MasterCard? Currently, Paizo is only set up to allow purchases from one of those two card types. They should have a 16-digit card number. If not, then that is probably your problem. If it is a Visa or MasterCard, then I shall let Paizo's awesome customer service team handle it from here out.
