2h weapon + hand of the acolyte?

Rules Questions

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, this is my first post and I had a cleric question.

I'm trying to create a character that could be used in pathfinder society play. I like the idea of divine characters, but wanted something different...

I made a true neutral half orc cleric who follows Urgathoa. When looking through her domains I thought the magic domain ability "hand of the acolyte" looked really cool, especially with Urgathoa's weapon, the scythe.

My question: As a cleric, can I use hand of the acolyte with a 2 handed weapon? Do I need one free hand to hold onto my holy symbol to throw it?

Is there any way to make this work? I love the idea of a half-orc Chucking out a scythe and then it popping back into his hand.

I was going to pick up selective channeling to throw out 5 channel negative energies, and focus a lot of my spells on healing to balance the idea of a character that can both bring the pain, and keep people alive. I was also thinking about strength domain to buff myself with enlarge person to get extra damage on my hits.

Thoughts?

Stat breakdown is
Str 14
Dex 8
Con 12
Int 10
Wis 18 (16+2 from racial)
Cha 14

It's a supernatural ability, so doesn't normally require a free hand. And it doesn't say you need a holy symbol to use it either.

Sovereign Court

Hand of the Acolyte works fine with two-handed weapons. You only need a holy symbol when casting spells that require a divine focus (marked with DF).

You should probably stay away from enlarge person and melee in general, though. With that stat line, even in chainmail or a breastplate, you're looking at AC 13 when enlarged, and only 9 or 10 hit points. Enlarge also won't get you extra damage on your HotA, either, since your scythe becomes medium when it leaves your hand.
