Pathfinder Subscription Question....#1?

Customer Service

Did I somehow wait to long before making my decision and am now going to miss the first Pahfinder? I ask this because on my subscription page it says that I have three converted issues left and the next one that ships is number two and the last one I will get is number four and it doesn't say anything about number one. So if I did the math correctly I am getting issues 2-4 and not number one...is this the case?

Your Pathfinder subscription was set to begin with Volume 2, but I have backed it up and jump-started your sub with Volume #1. It should ship in the next 3 to 6 business days.

Thank you very much for that...I really didn't want to miss out on the first one now that I have decided to go with this choice. I really think its great the things you will do for your customers...some people just don't appreciate it I guess.

I actually have the exact same problem! I was logging on to see where the heck my Pathfinder was since my friends have all gotten theirs and lo and behold I am not scheduled to start until issue 2? ???? How did this happen??

I most definatly want issue 1!

Here, with the same dilemma. I signed up on September 17th (rather late at night in fact) and did not notice that I could back track the volume to volume one. It didn't occur to me until just now in fact after reading the blurb for the volume two, that it was even possible. Would it still be possible for me to have my subscription set back to volume one also?

Thanks.

Scratch, lojakz,

I have set both of your Pathfinder #1's to ship with your Pathfinder #2's. For you, Scratch, this will mean both of your transitioned volumes will be shipping together and the first volume of your paid Ongoing subscription will be Volume #3. For you, lojakz, this means that you will be charged for both Volume #1 and #2 at the same time but your shipping fee should be reduced, since they are going out together.

Thanks,
cos

Thank you! Really excited to get them.

Woe to my players when I do though :D

Now I have a question (just signed in to ask it actually) or two. I just have to say that I am very interested in this and so I'm giving this subscription some serious thought. And now for my questions:

1) If I would subscribe now would I get the previous 'issues' with the 30% off deal or would I have to pay full prize for them. I assume both as logical possibilities but I still want to know if I can pay less :P

2) I'm having a hard time finding anything about to where you ship. If that line didn't make any sense, I was wondering if you could ship to Europe or more precisely to Iceland where I live (it's up north in the Atlantic ocean in case you didn't know).

I would really like to know the answers to these questions since they both influence whether or not I'll subscribe to Pathfinder.

Thanks in advance.

Cosmo should be along a little bit later to give an official answer, but in the meantime...

New Pathfinder subscriptions start with either the current issue (#3), or the next issue (#4), your choice. Previous issues would have to be purchased at the cover price.

Paizo ships all over the world. They do, in fact, ship to Europe, and I'm sure they ship to Iceland. I don't know if anyone on these boards (beside you) is in Iceland, but I wouldn't be surprised to find out that someone is.

Ungoded is (as usual) totally right.

You can choose to start your subscription with either the most recent volume or the next one. All volumes previous to the most recent are available at full cover price, but not as a part of your subscription (and without the free PDF).

We can ship anywhere in the world (at least anywhere the US Postal Service can ship) and the shipping and handling fee for an International Pathfinder subscription is US $5.00.

I can't remember specifically whether we've ever shipped anything to Iceland, so I can't really provide a very good estimate of how long a shipment will take to reach you. The fact that I can't remember a shipment to Iceland means either we've never done it before, or any shipment we have sent there was problem-free and never came to my attention (I only really ever see the problematic orders).

Regardless of how long the physical book may take to reach you, however, your free PDF of each subscription volume will become available immediately upon the shipment of your volume. Furthermore, subscriptions can be canceled at any time by getting a hold of Customer Service (me) here, or via email or phone (info at the bottom of this page).

Thanks!

We have several regular customers from Iceland, including some Pathfinder subscribers.

There you go. :)

I'm in the same boat as the first two subscribers who replied to this thread... I transfered my 'Dragon' subscription over to 'Pathfinder' back in August (Paizo Order #797464) yet I've only received #'s 2 and 3.

I'd like to have the entire adventure path if possible. What needs doing?
