Thank you very much for that...I really didn't want to miss out on the first one now that I have decided to go with this choice. I really think its great the things you will do for your customers...some people just don't appreciate it I guess.

Did I somehow wait to long before making my decision and am now going to miss the first Pahfinder? I ask this because on my subscription page it says that I have three converted issues left and the next one that ships is number two and the last one I will get is number four and it doesn't say anything about number one. So if I did the math correctly I am getting issues 2-4 and not number one...is this the case?

I just wanted to be sure of what will happen if I decide to go with Pathfinder as my transition option.

If I choose to have my remaining Dragon and Dungeon Subscription credit go towards getting Pathfinder I will receive the first three issues of Pathfinder, respectively, free as they are released. If I DO NOT select the option to continue my ongoing subscription to Pathfinder than I will no longer receive any issues after the third (around December). If I do select this option then I will receive issues every month as they are released until I cancel and my credit card will be billed every month for it as it is shipped.

Is all of this correct?

If I do not select to continue my ongoing subscription, but after receiving the first few decide I enjoy it and would like more, can I still come back and subscribe to Pathfinder after the last [third] issue I receive with credit?

I recently received Dragon issue #359 and Dungeon issue #150 (the final issues) and I must say both were very good. That being said I did not receive Dragon issue #358 which I was really looking forward to....Core Beliefs: St. Cuthbert! Any way you could help with this would be much appreciated.

I also have not recieved my copy of 352...I wanted to wait an extra week or two before I wrote to be sure but it doesn't look like it is coming.

According to our records, the subscription going to your address started with Dungeon issue #143. If you had a previous subscription that went to a different address, please send me an email at customer.service@paizo.com with that address and I can take another look at your records. Otherwise, you'll have to pick up #142 as a back issue.

Ahh, I see once again I am mistaken. I thought that I only needed to buy one issue after subscribing from the news stands. Once again thank you for addressing the issue and I appreciate the replacement issue of #143. I will be placing an order for a back issue of #142 soon.

I posted before that I was missing Dungeon issue #143 and was told that it takes three weeks for Canadian orders to arrive and that I was getting a replacement sent. Today issue #143 arrived and it was within the three week delivery time and only a week after the replacement was sent. So I believe I now have my original issue of #143 and a replacement is on the way. Canadian subscriptions usually arrive within three weeks. A replacement copy will be shipped this week. We apologize for the inconvenience.
