Does anyone answer customer service email?

I have tried to get an answer to a question from them regarding a return and NO ONE is responding to me. I just want the return address now for returns. Is there no one in the Customer Service Dept every day? I would have expected email responses, and the one I got was incomplete.

Anyone have any idea?

Jamie,

I apologize for the delayed response. Our Customer Service Department is currently working through our email backlog and we are about 3-4 business days behind. We do have your email from 9/4 and I assure you that we will respond to all of the emails in the order that they came in.
