Charged Twice

I sent a message to Customer Service a couple of days ago but I haven't gotten a response, but hopefully someone can help me here.

I used my leftover Dragon subscriptions to get Pathfinder 1 which seemed to be fine. My conformation email and account history both show $0.00 for the charge but last week my credit card got hit for $17.00 and then another $0.25 on the same day. My original question was why but when a second copy of Pathfinder showed up yesterday I no longer needed that answered.

So, my new question - How do I get rid of this second copy that I didn't order and get my money back?

I apologize for the delayed response and the erroneous charge. It appears that your Ongoing Pathfinder subscription started early and failed to wait for the transitioned volumes to go out first as it should have. I have fixed your Ongoing subscription and responded to your email with return instructions for the extra book.

The exact same thing has happened to me. I'm especially upset since it caused an overdraft fee since I wasn't expecting that charge. Also I'm supposed to be a charter member but looking at the tagline I see that isn't the case. (Which explains why I didn't get the Player's Guide.)

I am very sorry for your early charge. This is a bug that we have been trying to eradicate completely but, as you and the OP experienced, we were unable to find them all. However, I have fixed your subscription so this will not happen again.

I will send you an email with details on how we can take care of your overdraft fee.

I got 2 copies of the first issue as well, and, after calling Paizo, apparently my account won't be made good until after I mail back the extra copy of issue #1. It's kinda irritating, especially because the same thing happened to me before when I renewed my subscription to Dungeon last year.
