I sent a message to Customer Service a couple of days ago but I haven't gotten a response, but hopefully someone can help me here.
I used my leftover Dragon subscriptions to get Pathfinder 1 which seemed to be fine. My conformation email and account history both show $0.00 for the charge but last week my credit card got hit for $17.00 and then another $0.25 on the same day. My original question was why but when a second copy of Pathfinder showed up yesterday I no longer needed that answered.
So, my new question - How do I get rid of this second copy that I didn't order and get my money back?
